Best Way to Know Your Skin Type!

            Determine your Skin Type with few simple steps. Why you have to know your Skin Type? It is important to know your Skin Type. Because you need to treat your Skin problems. Each Skin Type needs to be treated differently when it comes to Skin problem. If you know your Skin Type then you can choose the proper Skin Care which suits your Skin Type. 
Generally, there are 4 Types of Skin,
1.Combination/Normal Skin: 
        If you have this Skin Type your cheeks will be dry or normal, But your T-zone (forehead, nose and Chin area) will be oily. To maintain your Skin, Stay hydrated always. Don’t forget to follow the Skin Care Routine. Wear a sunscreen when you go out. Remove your make up and cleanse your face before you sleep.
2.Oily Skin:
       If you feel a greasiness and excessive oil all over your face you have Oily Skin. Your skin will have natural moisture which will make you look younger. Also, Oily Skin over produces sebum which will lead to clogged pores and acne. So, it is must to take good care of your Skin after a Skin breakout. Else, that may lead to dark spots on your skin which will take more time to remove. 
        Exfoliating will help you to get rid of the dark spots on your face and also to bring up the new cells. Also, don’t forget to wash your face with a mild face wash 2 times a day to remove the excess oil from your skin. Always, Stay hydrated.
3.Dry Skin: 
        You may feel a dry, flaky and a tightness/roughness texture on your face. Even though you apply a moisturizer your skin will drink up everything and will make it dry again. It’s said that Dry Skin is mostly due to the genetics and also the environment, the food you take. Dry Skin may speed up the aging of your skin. 
 
        So, if you have Dry Skin, you should drink plenty of water and avoid drinking caffeine. Don’t forget to apply moisturizer on a regular basis. Don’t spend too much time in shower which may take all the necessary oils from your Skin. Also, you can do a little exfoliation twice a week, without affecting your Skin Moisture.
4.Sensitive Skin: 
        If you have a Sensitive Skin that’s a challenging thing. Because your skin will get irritated easily to any product or outside environment. So, it is always better for you to go with the natural products. Also don’t forget to do a patch test before you apply anything on your face.

        Wash your face with a mild Face-wash. Leave bare skin for 30 minutes without applying any products on your face. After 30 minutes check your face. Smile now,
  • If you feel your skintight then its likely to be dry skin.
  • If you notice a shine on your T-zone then you mostly you have normal/combination skin.
  • If there is a shine all over your face, including your T-zone most likely you have oily skin.
It is must to keep your skin hydrated!
        In order to maintain your skin, you should drink plenty of water. It prevents your skin from the premature wrinkling. It not only gives you a glow-y skin, but it is essential to maintain your overall health.
