How to Know Your Body Type with 3 Simple Steps!

        Why do we want to Know about our Body Type? Will it make any difference in our lifestyle? We are not aware of it right? But our Body Type will make difference in our lifestyle.  Read this article you will definitely have some change in outlook on your lifestyle. 

                                        
Know The BODY TYPES
There are 3 basic human body types.
  • Ectomorph
  • Mesomorph
  • Endomorph
ECTOMORPH:
CHARACTERISTICS
  • Slim, usually tall with longer limbs
  • High rate of metabolism
  • Exhibit very low weight gaining tendency
  • Find difficulty in gaining muscle mass 
DIET AND EXERCISES RECOMMENDED
  • To gain muscle mass need to take more proteins in addition with carbs
  • Even though fat is good for ectomorphs, over intake will reduce the pace of gaining muscle mass
  • Increasing the quantity of food intake is also necessary to gain muscle mass
  • In exercises concentrate on strength training and heavy lifting and basic exercises like deadlifts, squats, crunches and push ups.
  • Intense Cardio workouts will makes you lose weight, so overdoing cardio can be avoided
MESOMORPH:
CHARACTERISTICS
  • Perfect body shape
  • Perfect rate of metabolism
  • Have perfect balance of muscle and fat
  • Can gain muscle mass easily and can also lose weight in quick time
DIET AND EXERCISES RECOMMENDED
  • Mesomorphs are gifted as they have higher stamina by nature and have ability to lose or gain weight quicker than ectomorphs and endomorphs
  • Can do all the exercises especially moderate intense cardio workouts and Strength training are good for the mesomorphs
  • There is no need to be calorie deficit or to take more calories like other two body types, mesomorphs can take an average of 2500 kilo calories per day
  • Diet can contain whatever, but avoid having foods with more fat
ENDOMORPH:
CHARACTERISTICS
  • Stocky, usually short with wide hips and smaller shoulders
  • Naturally more powerful than ectomorphs
  • Tendency to gain weight whatever they eat
  • Struggle to lose weight
DIET AND EXERCISES RECOMMENDED
  • Long and steady cardio workouts don’t have much effect on endomorphs to lose weight and burning fat faster in short run
  • Interval trainings are much effective than cardio, for example sprinting is a great burst technique that can be adopted to lose weight faster
  • Rather spending whole time in reducing the fat at hips, spending some time in bulking the upper body will help endomorphs to look good
  • Doing some intense weight lifting and doing light cardio will create good results in the long run
  • Coming to the diet, the endomorphs have to be calorie deficit i.e. should reduce daily intake of calories within 1750
  • Should say bye to the pastries
  • Diet should contain more proteins, fibre rich foods with only few carbs
KNOW THE PROTEIN RICH FOODS 

 
Eggs, Milk, Almonds, Peanuts, Walnuts, Cashews, Pumpkinseeds, Lentils, Chicken breast, Salmon fish etc.

FIBRE RICH FOODS 
 
Legumes, Berries: Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, Fruits: Banana, Apple, Orange Pear, Prunes, Avocado, Guava, Vegetables: Spinach, Mustard greens, Collard greens and Nuts etc.
